Recognizing a disconnect between the inception of projects that provide development without displacement and the daily operations of properties once completed, the founding partners decided to launch a new enterprise. One that considers the needs of residents part of long term success and at the core of its ethos.
Going beyond providing high-quality affordable housing we recognize that the home experience and opportunities residents are exposed to are essential to the growth of communities and society as a whole. Being directly involved at a daily operational level means management is uniquely positioned to have a positive impact.
To enhance and affect positive change in the quality of life for residents, while achieving tremendous value for those whose assets we've been entrusted to steward. Smart, ethical, invested; management the right way.
The group of creative, compassionate, and meticulous people that make-up Corvus Property Intelligence genuinely cares about fostering great communities and delivering exceptional results for our owner partners. We handle everyday concerns, interactions, and operations with consistency and quality. With over a combined 50 years of experience, in every aspect of real estate, you can rest assured you're in good hands.
